This Toolcraft 308 Bolt Carrier Group is designed for use in DPMS pattern AR10 rifles chambered in the 308 family of calibers. It is a full auto BCG and has forward assist serrations.

This BCG is not for use with DPMS G2 rifles.

For the 6.5 Creedmoor consider a BCG specifically designed for that higher pressure cartridge with a smaller diameter firing pin and double ejectors: 6.5 Creedmoor Double Ejector BCG or 6.5 Creedmoor Nickel Boron Double Ejector BCG.

Above: This AR10 pistol was build with a Toolcraft 308 Bolt Carrier Group (BCG), SBA3 pistol brace and a M-LOK free float handguard. The AR10 is not as standardized as the AR15 accross all components. A bit more care is needed in parts selection to ensure compatibility.

All Toolcraft carriers are post-heat treat machined to remove any distortion that has occurred during the heat treat process. We first grind the outside rails that are in contact with the upper after heat treat. Next, we machine the inside bore where the bolt is doing the work. This ensures the gas rings are not damaged and that the weapon cycles and charges smoothly. These standards are not just met, but we exceed them on every operation during the machining processes and this effort gives our carriers a superior finish with no machining lines.
