“Hi, Kirk here with Aero Precision. Today we’re going to be going over the parts and components you are going to need to complete your lower receiver assembly. 

So, assuming you just walked out of your FFL dealer with one of these, these are going to be all the parts you are going to need to complete that. 

Starting, we’re going to look at the lower parts kit. These include all the springs and detents you need to complete the lower as well as options for a fire control group, pistol grip and trigger guard. You can get them without those 3 options if you wanted to go with upgraded parts, a specific trigger you want to run, a specific grip you want to run. We also sell them with specific parts, for example, we can sell them with the MOE grip already included.

Moving to the buffer system you are going to need a buffer tube, buffer spring and buffer as well as an end plate and castle nut. These come in several different configurations depending on the direction you are trying to go with your build. You can get them in the 6-position carbine tube as shown here. They also make the rifle length buffer kits to accommodate like an A2 stock or Magpul PRS.

Going from there you’re going to need obviously the stock you want to put on that build. This is a Magpul MOE SL. It’s a very good stock and this interfaces directly with the 6-position buffer tube.
